Look North is situated in the heart of Keighley just 10 minutes walk from the railway station; or for those coming
from further afield, we are approximately 30 minutes from Leeds/Bradford airport. Within an hour's drive are the M62,
A1, M6, M65 and the M1, making us easily accessible by car from all directions. Whilst we do not have our own
designated parking area, there is a car park 2 minutes walk from the salon at a cost of just £2/day, or if you are lucky
you may get a place on Henry Street which is unlimited parking.
The salon itself is situated on two floors comprising of the main working salon with reception on the ground floor, and
the bathing & drying room, training room, toilet and kitchen on the lower ground. There is also a separate area where
you can sit to have lunch or simply to relax for a while.
Because the training takes place within a working environment, it enables you to experience the busy hustle and bustle
of everyday grooming. Mixing with the staff and customers allows you to get a feel for the profession you may be about
to undertake.
Specialising in style and shape we cover a variety of breeds to allow an insight into the demands of a groomer. With a
maximum of 3 students, we offer you the highest standard of training with 2 award winning professional groomers.
Look North has been established for over 27 years and is one of the country's most consistent competition winning
salons where all staff have been trained by Joanne.
